Yes, I will be playing someday soon. My arm is feeling much better .  I think we should have a memorial Homie in Mikes memory. What do you all think?
Mike Lockwood quote.

Great idea.

Who has him and what course was called last?

Are you ever going to play golf again?

Too bad there were no full color fundraiser discs with this stamp. That woulda been sweet.
I was a little surprised on the course set-up since it's geared toward getting new players out.
I personally shot pretty well the 2 rounds I shot but was wondering what it was like for a co-worker I ran into that just started playing.

Ranger Broockerd,
I will call you when I'm available.
I appreciate the updates and am very interested in the area you chose.
I drove out there a couple months ago and saw where there were different color flags all over the place.
That free camping sure sounds inviting too.
Har far way are the toilets from where we would be camping?  :-\

Mantis,
Sorry to hear about your family's loss.
I wouldn't mind seeing some sort of memorial fundraiser for the local disc golfers who have passed away.

I called and tried drumming up interest on 610am. It is a sports talk station so why not talk disc golf and about the Worlds being here in July.
Rick , I know you got alot on your plate but I referred them to you by giving out Disc Golf World's #.
Did you ever hear from them?

Thanks Mike.

I ended up playing several holes but not the whole course. The GF's son that said he played before didn't stick it out very long.

Going to a family gathering out there at 11am. Anybody willing to save me and play some golf would be awesome. Most likely would be available around noon after we eat. Whoever shows can probably chow out with us. There will be plenty to share.

From 112 to 170. Witnessed Bruce's Ace on our last hole to play for league at Swope and that cost me an extra $5.

Bummer!!
That was really fun doing that exhibition last year. The impromptu happy birthday singing was rather enjoyable also.

I was looking forward to helping and had already called CD to see when it was.
