Protesters at Swope Park Jan 11 2014

Saw some news cameras today while throwing disc. Bunch of cars drove up and parked in front of the ball fields across from the DG course.

It would be prudent of the club to meet with this "organization" to inform them the benefits of our presence in blighted parks. If the group's of people they feel they are representing in good faith do not participate in various recreational activities offered, its because the root problem is being ignored or blamed on others. I do agree the parks department could put up a several courts basketball area  somewhere out in that big park.
