pffffft. It's a simple question Philly8924 asked. Instead of following up with a smart ass answer, just give the guy (or girl) the answer. I won't be going to the Tree Love. If I did, I wouldn't play AM anywho.

Oh and Ben, this is the sort of stuff that drives me away from events. The only running i'll be doing is running away.  :'(

Plus I hate Cliff Drive. That one's for you Jack.

*Ams Must be Pre-Registered by Friday September 5th at 6pm to receive a Players Pack*

So, what's in the players pack?

Suffice it to say this is a GREAT cause, and the players pack I believe if you signed up was a disc and a shirt.  The fee is nominal and the event is great.  Please do remember that NO DAY OF REGISTRATION IS ACCEPTED-this means many of our "local pros" that have a tendency to show up Saturday morning.  You want in, register in advance, or call Scott and let him know you will be there, or Drew.

Ice Bucket Challenge ACCEPTED!  Now.....to the person that gets to dump the ice on me I think that it should be auctioned off that morning on the course.......provided that is ok by Bitter79, or does that $50 only allow you to do so?

Yep i'd rather someone who know's you do it, I'll just put $50 in the fund for the enticement for you to do so, auction away!

^^^^^^^^^^^^
Thanks so much for the idea!!!

OK,

So...it has been put out there by Event Director Drew D. Neitzel for this Saturday's Tree Love Classic at Cliff Drive Disc Golf Course at Kessler Park - KCMO that I will be having an ICE BUCKET DUMPED on me from water from Cliff Drive in the morning before the tournament starts. We will be using water from North Terrace lake (the lake in the park http://kcparks.org/park/north-terrace-lake/ ). It will be absorbed by the land. Now unfortunately I am not willing to make ice cubes with the water from the lake, but I am willing to use the water! I am taking auctions on who will "legally DUMP" in cliff drive the water on me. We will take amounts here to do so, and then go to an auction style the morning of with the amount starting from the bids online. This will be a fun event that is helping in restoring some of the lost trees in the park to restore. So if you want to dump in the park on me, I want you to have fun with it, I am sure I will be my RED WINGS JERSEY as well.....so all you RED WINGS FANS, can watch the NORTH TERRACE LAKE water dumping on ice on Jack, while I wear a Red Wings Jersey for the first time in quite some time......

That is going the extra mile, Jack! Good job! Speaking of North terrace lake... I am going to be on a party bus with 30 or so
Really large beer drinking folks that were wanting to drive to a local park pond while drinking the couple kegs of 3.2 coors light.... I will try my best to keep them from illegally urinating all night into the lake since you will be having the lake water dumped on ya
. Seriously though, good job!

So I believe that we are at the following:
Dumping on Jack with water from the lake on the course at 8:45
a $50 donation to start it from Bitter79
an additional $50 from Glover makes $100
Mike Spady has the high bid of $20 for actual dumping of the water on me.  Is it really only worth $20 to dump the pure beautiful lake water on me from this community, huh, you must like me more than I thought.....

Guess what Jack. If I'm donating money it may as well be for more than one reason. Not only was I donating the money for trees that too is my bid on doing the dumping. Don't worry folks. I can bring some ice from my freezer.

I would like to thank all the players who came out or contributed to the event in various ways.  It was a beautiful day and at the end of it, jack was covered in luke warm nasty lake water and then covered in two buckets of cold ice water.
