I'd be all about it, except that my shoulder/ back on my throwing side is all messed up. Anyone know how to tell the difference between a pull and a tear? There is a lot of swelling where my rear deltoid connects with my lat(top outside back muscle). It is really tender to the touch, a bit stiff and sore. But I can still throw ( I am stupid. I played two rounds today). I figured that if it was torn, I probably would not be able to generate any force. Much less pull with or lift my arm. I have been playing every day for weeks, and have been practicing long drives in a baseball field. Guess I over did it. Anyways, any doctors out there?
