I know that the pins are rarely set in a configuration that can be remembered for score keeping purposes (such as all long or all short).  I am still curious if anyone knows what the course records are and who reported them, in tournament play or not, for the courses in the Kansas City area.

As you said, not knowing the configuration at the time makes a difference. Especially on a course like WyCo. But, that said, I know that Otto Spiers shot a 50 at WyCo League last year with the course set mostly short. This tied the 50 that LaRon Harris shot before the course became permanent. Also, if memory serves, Pete Cashen shot a 53 with the course set mostly long at league in 03.

I have league records for WyCo so those are official scores except for the length of the course at the time of the event. I will make more of an effort to monitor that now that I have the majority of the distances out there now.
