Star Mako
« on: December 22, 2017, 05:11:01 PM »
I am looking for Star or Echo Star Mako 172 grams or heavier.  I bought a used one from DD last year and havent found anything like it.  I don't want a Mako3 or Champion Mako.   I have paypal, cash, or possible trade.  To trade, I have lots of discs to trade mostly Innova but a few other manufacturer's too.  Just send me a PM if you have some sitting around.

I agree, do you have any that you would be willing to part with?

Sorry, I don't.  Just have the one Star that I use, then a handful of new Champ and Champ MF.

They don't even have them at the Innova Pro Shop or DGU.

Wow, the selection on eBay is even thin.  I didn't realize they were that hard to get.

let me check, I know I got a Mako at USDGC in 2009 and I never used it.....I am uncertain if it is DX or Star, but thinking it was a Star, and I would gladly take some money from you for it.

No.....Dutch German.....

I am slow, and have been under the weather, and then I went to the Chiefs bombing and that made me lazy on Sunday....but the Steelers play this weekend, so I will have to get rid of all that by then....

Before you decide to get rid of the tree, it's a good idea to check your city to see if there are any restrictions for throwing out a tree or if they have scheduled pickup dates for them. If you can basically get rid of your tree however you want, here are some popular dates.

Dec. 31: Take your tree down on New Year's Eve before the bells toll at midnight. Otherwise, it's said you'll be dragging all your baggage and bad luck from last year into the new year... if you're superstitious about these things, that is.

Jan. 5: Take your tree down on this day, traditionally considered the Twelfth Day of Christmas — i.e., the last of 12 days of Christmas merriment. Think of it as getting closure on the holiday season.

More: Thousands of bugs could be sitting in your Christmas tree right now

Jan. 6: Take it down on Jan. 6 in observance of the Epiphany, a Christian holiday marking the revelation of God in human form in the person of Jesus. Again, some would say leaving your tree up beyond the 5th or 6th brings bad luck.

So blame me for the Chiefs Loss, not Jerry the Ref....
