FIELD LIMIT IS 72 PLAYERS. RESERVERATIONS ARE REQUIRED. First 72 to

PDGA-sanctioned event.

Pro: Open, Women, Masters (must be rated below 940)
Amateur: Advanced--men, women, masters; Intermediate--men, women;
Recreational--men, women.  (If necessary, PDGA player ratings guideline will
be used to keep the competition as equitable as possible.)
This is an adult-oriented tournament. Therefore, there are no junior
divisions.

Thanks to everyone...and I truly mean every one of the 66 entrants for making the 4th H2Open a very fun event to play in and to run. Many people helped out here and there with moving baskets and scoring and cleaning up, there was absolutely no negativity or whining (didn't hear any, anyway), and of course, we got to hang out at one of the most beautiful disc golf courses on the planet.

We played a longer course the first round before enjoying a very short course the final round. Dave Hemmeline aced #3 in the short placement during the second round. CD Steiner defended his open division championship (he's won 3 of them now). The full results are below.

Unless we run the 5th H2Open as a doubles tournament this fall, the 5th or 6th will be held July 19, 2008. It will again be semi-invitational with this year's players having first shot at the 72 spots. If you want to play, let me know.

A few special thanks are in order. First to Kelly Warren, Paul Eklund, and Ben "Hippy T" Taylor for the barbecue and Becky Stebbins for the salad. Thanks also to Duffy Carduff of Eagle Products for the cool design on the commemorative shirts and the great price. (There are a few of these left in XL or XXL.).
