Found 2 discs at Cliff Drive

Found at Cliff Drive:

Hole 4, blue Innova driver of some sort. Has "Duff" written on it along with a disconnected phone number.

Hole 6, white Star Fire, belongs to "Mike D". Has a PDGA number on it but I'm at work right now and don't have the disc on me.

Mike Davis, and his fatherinlaw Duffy Carduff would be my bet, I can get them to them but wont be back in town for a few weeks....
