Pleasant Hill League, Saturday 11/10 (63 with South-Southeasterly breezes at about 10-14...)

Six people out for the first daylight league at Lake Shore Disc Golf course, including 2 UCM students from Warrensburg.  Narin Clouse and Caleb Coffman won the inaugaral league with a 44 (new doubles league record).  After League Narin, Caleb, and Dan landscaped tees 4, 14, and 9 (no more cement truck ruts to fall in) with dirt that Narin had brought.

Pleasant Hill League, Sunday 11/18 (High 40's at start warming to 60's during round, calm conditions)

Eight people out for the first Sunday league at Lake Shore Disc Golf course.  Narin Clouse & Matt Dona held a new course record of 43 for about 10 minutes, until Dan & Caleb Coffman finished with a 42.  After League Narin, Caleb, and Dan landscaped tees 2, 3, 5, and 7 with dirt that Narin had brought.

Pleasant Hill League, Sunday 11/25 (Mid 40's, calm conditions)

Seven people out for Sunday league at Lake Shore Disc Golf course.  TJ Ring and Dan Coffman tied the course record with a 42 after birdies on the last 6 holes (16 thru 3).  TJ hit the pole on 12, but still no Ace in league play.  After League Narin (with minimal help from Dan) spread the last of his dirt around 16's tee pad.

Pleasant Hill League, Sunday 12/2(Mid 30's, 15-25 west-northwest wind(basically straight off the lake), wind chill had to be in the low 20's)

Pleasant Hill League, Sunday 12/2(Mid 30's, 15-25 west-northwest wind(basically straight off the lake), wind chill had to be in the low 20's)

The wind blowing off of the lake was down right frigid.

I cleaned the pads off and put a little ice melt down yesterday. League was fun I managed to win my own five dollars.

Leaue is $5, no ace pool with full payout.  Format is random draw doubles.

thanks to everybody who ran up real quick and pushed me out of the mud yesteday ... it happened so fast I don't think I expressed my gratitude.  I saw Andy and Deano and of course anybody else I missed... Thanks a BUNCH!

Pleasant Hill League, Sunday 1/6(Mid 60's, 15-25 South-southwest wind)

Largest league todate with 12 players (including most of the Olathe Posse)....(Lake Shore appeared to be the course of choice with 40-50 players from all over the Metro area playing casual rounds).  The ringer team of Brian Guthrie and Tom Butler had the low round of 45 to take most of the cash back to Olathe (at least with the windy conditions, they weren't able to claim the course record  ).

Pleasant Hill League, Sunday 1/13(Low 30's, 5-10 North - Northwest wind)

Eight players out for league (Bill Neenan brought a crew from KC, plus his brother Wes from PHill).  Pretty chilly day but the sun came out and made it seem warmer than it was.  Jeff Hamilton hit the first ACE during League play on hole 10!  Tom Butler & Dan Coffman came from 1 stroke back against Bill Neenan & Narin Clouse (with 4 holes to play) for a 2 stroke win.

Pleasant Hill League, Sunday 1/20(Low 20's, 8 -12 South - Southeast wind)

Seven players out for a refreshing Ice Cold league.   Bright sunny day made the conditions tolerable....surprisingly low scores for the conditions.  Andy Lewis/Dan Coffman jumped out to a 2 stroke lead with 5 consecutive birdies (3-7) before Brian Guthrie/Bill Neenan got rolling with 4 in a row (13-16), meanwhile Andy/Dan put together another string of 4 in a row (15-18) to finish with a 2 stroke lead.  League wasn't decided until Andy/Dan birdied 18....
