Sorry, I meant the meeting that was on 1-10-08 at TMS. I was just wanted to "purr-ooze" the updated list of nominations before tomorrow's meeting. I saw it was refrenced in the first post, but i don't know where the "next page" is. maybe the newsletter?
Yes, the meeting reminder above was taken from the newsletter and it referenced the minutes from the newsletter. Here they are:
KCFDC EC Meeting of January 10, 2008
In attendance: Matt Hayes, Dan Coffman,
Rick Rothstein, Tom and Cindy Butler, Mike
Fletcher, Bob Hayett, Kevin Montgomery, Bill
Neenan, John Theiss, Dennis Freeman, John
Chapman, Pete Cashen, Tavish Sanders, Sean
Gibson, Jack Lowe, Dirk Hacker, Chris Timko,
Tracy Walker, and Mark Morales
Election date set: There was a brief discussion
on the merits of before vs. after the Ice
Bowl. The ”before” argument was that it would
lend momentum to the Ice Bowl, while the after
camp sought to pump the election meeting at
the Ice Bowl. A clear majority voted for ”after”
and January 29th was selected. A couple of possible
locations were discussed with Jack to make
the call within five days.
There was a suggestion to have a questionnaire
that members fill out at the meeting. Jack
thought laptops would be the best way to make
this happen and five people offered to bring
laptops. However, there was no discussion
about what content the questionnaire would
have or who would put it together.
The following nominations were confirmed:
