3-15-08

 Very wet conditions, plus light snow 3 hearty souls decided to keep our money and venture separate ways....... However was there to witness destruction of the course via 2-wheeled drive Honda getting stuck on hole 1's fairway.....a police officer was pulling into the park as I left.

 Hopefully the weather will be more cooperative next Sat.

 No one showed for league................

 Community service workers were supposed to be out picking up trash. They were a no show as well.....


 Must have been divine intervention as I ended up moving a couple of big freezers for the Catholic church up by the water fountains.......The Lord works in mysterious ways.......

I'd play if it were a singles format, but not doubles when there is money on the line. My level of enthusiasm is still many times that of my level of skill and it'd be a crime for someone to be stuck with me for a partner. ;D

Slinker and I were there at 5 'til!!!!  We played a round anyways.  One of our clocks must be out of whack at some point.
