Ted is expected back in town shortly. I talked with him last Friday, and it's a go. Once he agrees to the information on the flier I made, then we'll make it official. The same schedule will likely be used: Friday, April 11...camping set-up begin in the early PM with glow doubles in the evening: Saturday-two rounds of golf with Ted's BBQ between rounds and after the last round; Sunday, golf to TBD.

If you count the doubles, which is its own entity, that would be 3 rounds.  However the main draw is two rounds on Saturday. I don't recall it ever being three rounds.

It has been in the past, I thought it was last year as well.  I think it originally started as two tournament rounds, then moved to three and now must have moved back.  Good, two days out of your weekend is hard to commit to.

I dont think that I played last year, but the 2 previous years it was a 1 day 2 round event, and then we played some type of randomness on Sunday......Comeon Mike, you were there, we played a mixed up round on Sunday before you and the family headed home.

Yeah Jack.  We threw down some skins. 

Year before Jack got a 3 on 14 and won some skinnies.  Last year I 3'd 18 from the long tee to long pin.

Man, that course is a lot of fun.  From what I hear, no one really ever plays it.  That is a shame.

This event is always good times.  I think the only years I missed were the 1st and 3rd Redbud Open.  I have some 1st years discs I won the 2nd year.  They should say what year this all started.

Where is this course located and how does one go about playing a round there? Is it pay-to-play?

It is pay-to-play, and playing it before hand generally requires letting Ted know that you wanna.  A little difficult at times, but with the event this weekend, I would expect that it should be relatively easy to go out and look around, and chances are he is working on it.

This revised flyer mentions that onsite registration is from 8:30 - 9:30 with tee off around 10.

I talked with Ted today, who is out of town through Friday. The course will be open for practice on Friday.
