Trip to KC to play some new courses!

I'm hoping I can come up in two weeks on Redbud weekend.  I want to play the tourney Sat. and check out some new courses in the area on Sun.  I was wondering if anyone could help me out with directions.  I don't see but one of these courses on the PDGA course directory.

*Shawnee Mission: Shawnee Mission Park (I can probably find that one).

*Independence: William Yates Sprint DGC (this one is in the directory).

*Leavenworth: Saint Mary's.  Think I could get out there for a round, Kevin?  I'll post back soon once I'm more certain I'm coming.

*Pleasant Hill: ?  Where can I find info on this course, directions.  Maybe a map link.

*Lee's Summit: ?  No buckets on this course yet, is that right?


With all these new courses, it will be tough to get that round in at Water Works!

Pleasant Hill info is at topic KCFDC Forum > Courses > Pleasant Hill > Pleasant Hill Course Information.

Weekly Sunday League (doubles) at noon...

How far is Saint Mary's from Ted's?  It sounds doable to play Leavenworth, Shawnee Mission, and WW in a day.

Probably 15 minutes from USM to Ted's.

If you are coming on a weekend just make sure you park in an unmarked spot and be courteous. I will be in California that weekend but you might get with Andy Jewett and see if he wants to give you the tour. It's pretty easy to deal with using the map though. Still working on marking it better. It's a work in process but 18 holes are there to be played. From Ted's you would just go West on Hollingsworth all the way to K7 then North into Leavenworth.

Still looking to get a round in Sunday here and at Shawnee Mission afterwards.
