My first ever ace was an unwitnessed solo shot too. I feel your pain. But it's good pain. It's still an ace. Now follow it up at Rosie. I hear #4 is ripe for the picking (unless it's been moved).

I stopped at Rosey last evening - numbers 1, 4, 5, 7, 13, 15, and 17 are all looking ripe for the picking! As for the rest, they need some lovin' too! Number 9 is hiding behind that pine - now THAT would be a shot!

Thank god.  My Rocs are getting tired of doing all the work :).

I really like all set ups at Rosie, though I will say that getting birdies sure makes me feel good, and having a lower score makes me feel like all this work isn't for nothing!

I have actually taken my Buzzz out of my bag, which I have been attached to since the beginning. I was given a beat-in roc, and I must say, I understand why people love them. I now have a brand new overstable one for sidearm upshots.

Mmmm....Roc.  I lost my totally thrashed red one at Rosie on #10 Monday.   It's made it's way back to me before, so I'm hoping it does it again.

I had my first tourney ACE at the Olathe Open earlier this month, and my first league ACE last night at Wyco.
It was on hole #5. I threw an orange star tee rex (169g) with the monkey island stamp from this springs tourney. Witnesses were Terry Adams, Brian Gammon, Mark Morales, Cindy, and Mr. Gus. It was a sweeping, fairly flat hyzer that crashed dead center in the chains. It was nearly identical to a shot I had 2 years ago in league with Doc and Kmont on my card, that unfortunately bounced out. Last night it stuck!

Woohoo! ACE beer and some other surprises are in store for all in attendance next Friday.

Six years....  WyCo league is in its sixth year and never had a league or tourney ace until last moth. And now Tom hits a second one less than a  month later. Congrats Tom! So much for that monster ace fund.

While visiting Northwest Arkansas, I got an ace on hole 6 at a new course in the area, JB Hunt park.  A tight uphill blind hyzer shot with a branch 7' off the ground.  Probably in the 240' range.  I hit it with a new Roc, which was witnessed by a local club member who was showing me the course.  Apparently, it's only the 2nd time that it's been aced.

JB Hunt in Springdale?

I heard they had a course, but it isn't on the directory.  How was it?

I played an awesome course just north of there over the weekend at Lake Bella Vista.
