Has disc golf changed your attitude towards walking?
« on: May 05, 2008, 09:42:10 PM »
I was at the grocery store and forgot something all the way across the store. I probably would have done without, but then I thought, it will only take a minute. Then I just walked over and got it. I find myself more willing to walk more lately because it really doesn't take than long and it's not that difficult.

I know cycling has changed my attitudes towards distance and timing as well.

I find whenever my wife suggests going for a walk I in turn suggest taking that walk around at the local course, and throwing discs while I'm at it.
