what qualifies a person as a master?

 Just curiouse.  I have been throwing plastic for 25 years and just not sure.
at one time back in 19 dickety 3, the ripe old age of 35 granted you gezzer status.  But as they say the older you are the further away the hill is.

...or, technically speaking, the year you turn 40 - you then become eligible that entire calendar year beginning Jan 1.
