Hole #5 short was the giver of good fortune this evening.
The ace pot is at $2238 so Arturo will collect $1119 from the KCFDC.

At least it wasn't some Johnny-come-lately. Arturo's been coming to WyCo since the ace fund was a measly $500 or so. The six year drought is over. I predict there will be two more this summer now that the suspense is over.

I was in arturo's group tonight.when we got to hole 5 it was calm quiet and still. rick threw first then arturo got up and threw this bullet right at the pin and it stuck. it was a great shot. after the shot he jumped about 20 ft in the air and was stoked !!!!!!!! we were high fiven (and in my head i was thinking you lucky mofo) i paid up the 5 and was happy for him it was cool congrats arturo.

My 30th b-day was yesterday.  Now I have something else to remember it with.

Anyone want to do the research?  What is the most money ever payed for a disc golf ace?  This one has got to be in the all time top ten!

A few other pretty good players were in that am field as well.

If I can find the Club checks in Chappy's desk and get Andy's signature on one(I'm not a signatory on the bank account), we'll get Arturo his dough, which after deducting his dues, will be $1099. I think mucha cerveza et buena cerveza is called for.

The disc was a Wasp. Not sure about weight or plastic.

As to Arturo being the one to get the ace...I can't think of a better candidate...as it wasn't me!
