Yes, there will be a KCWO for '09. No details firmed up. A low entry fee, two day, PDGA "C" tier. Probably held mid-Spring.
The date might end up being more late Spring where we've usually had, but we do want to have a Wide Open to keep that consecutive streak going, and having it as a C-Tier, reduces our cost and obligations to raise money, thus freeing us up to fund-raise for the Worlds. How the NT and A-Tier schedule comes down will influence the final date selection. We'll be discussing the Wide Open at the KCFDC meeting on November 11.
