League tomorrow

Is it regular? Is is glow? Do I need to show up 50 minutes early to be on time this week? Or will only 40 do?

I plan on being there around 4:20, and if I can get 2 or 3 more starting as close to 4:30 as possible. It's the last night of summer league. next week GLOW commences at 6:00.
