It only seems to go up to #1712, but I'm sure there's more members than that.

I'm a doof. Never mind.

Does the club send out renewal notices? If so, I've never received one.

A suggestion. Do what the KC Steelers Fan Club does. We have about 125 active members.

Options to renew.
1.  Email notice
2.  Renew in-person @ first pre-season game and subsequent in-person reminders take place referencing the membership list that is available online.
3.  After pre-season is over, another email reminder @ 1st game of season and in-person too.
4.  Still not renewed by then? Pay full price to view each game at the club rest of the season or renew.

Example for KCFDC
1.  First, suggest to change the date of all memberships to annual renewals due 1st of year. It would be a short term discomfort but a long term benefit for renewals because everyone would be due the same date.  Right now, everyone is due their original anniversary sign up date.  Perhaps, prorate remaining time left to Dec 31st, = $1.67 per month.
2.  Email notices
3.  Ice bowl reminders
4.  1st disc golf event of the year
5.  Subsequent reminders

no, the club does not send out reminders. What the number of members that have been involved in the club and the fact that the club is run by volunteers, I don't know that it would be feasible to take into account all of your suggestions. If you would like to volunteer as a membership coordinator, I'm sure Rick Rothstein would very much appreciate any help that he can get.

Nobody takes any kind of responsibility anymore.  I swear people would forget their birthday if their Facebook didn't tell them it was their birthday.

1.  Open the list that Utz posted
2.  Find your name
3.  Remember the expiration date...I don't know, maybe set a Calendar reminder or a sticky note on your fridge for crying out loud
4.  Renew on your expiration date!!!!!!!

Don't blame it on the club for your lack of responsibility.

For reference, yes I know my membership has expired and is 16 days overdue...

Actually, Rick does send out reminders that your dues have expired. If you have opted out of the newsletter then you won't get it.

Sure thing Crispian.  I'll do it.  If everyone, the Board, is on, I'm in.  BRING IT!!!

Rick, pm me for a date time when you're available to discuss.

I decided to make it easier to know when I renew by doing at the club dinner when we vote. the reminder notice still comes in handy.

Dude if you take this on, you have no idea of the labor involved.....quarterly is better in our environment.  You want to pay in October for the Club Championship then get dinged again at the first league?  Nah, I will pay later next year.....or not.....
