Just curious to know if work has been started on Black Hook?

Haven't seen or heard anything about it yet.

I think Houck was supposed to have already been up and seen the land, but I can't confirm that.  Tom, do you have any inside info?

Looking at the land won't get the course built. If we are planning to use it in Worlds I would think some progress would be being made on the ground by now. Does anyone know the status? John, Jack?

Rick talked to Jim Finlen yesterday.  They're targeting May 15 for a completion date.  They just hired a new parks director, and the new parks director (Gary Ristow) just happens to be a guy that I know fairly well that was the #2 in the Columbia Parks department, so we should be good to go.  If the course isn't ready by then, we may have to go with a backup plan for Worlds (which we already have ready to go)
