I recall seeing Open Mens price at $60 due to it being a C teir event. Has that changed? What is the price? how are pre-registrations going?

http://www.pdgasignup.com/Qstore/Qstore.cgi?CMD=011&PROD=1238056253

About 40 people signed up right now.  With the weather, we will not be pouring pads this weekend......sorry folks.  I will try to get it taken care of next week, by the P&R, but I am uncertain if they will be taken care of in time for this.  I will get them in before the Wide Open.....Palmer, keep quiet!

We have had rain everyday this week, and it has been to wet to bring in the fill that we need without destroying the park land, so we will wait until the weather breaks to make it work.

We will have Flags out on the course for the round, we will not be throwing from the boxes, and hopefully they will be full of wet cement for the event....

Man, wish I could hit this one.  I don't think I have missed one of these for a while.  Mother's Day, however, is a tough tournament day for me.  I will be on kid duty that day, kissing as much ass as possible to allow me to attend all the rest of my tournaments this year.

Water Works-
7-long #10 pin please

Are you going to block off a section of parking, 'cause throwing over the edge of the parking lot is the best way to play this hole.

You aren't going to convince me.... :O

11-long (or new long-long if it gets in on time this would be in the position across the street)

Where's this?

16-short

Don't you mean duh? Or is there a new pin here?

17-Island (hmmmmm...17 island on both courses.....)

Acutally, to be accurate, #17 at Water Works sits on a peninsula, not an island. :)

Does #17 have island rules, or is just OB?

10-long: I have my doubts as well. At one point during league on Monday, there was putting going on at #10 middle the same time there was driving going on at #1. Seemed like the quarters were indeed a bit cramped, and I really don't see how the long setting will improve things much.

11-long: There is a new long setting, bending the fairway to the left around the reservoir. The "long-long" setting Jack's referring to is something he and Penny had discussed, but it doesn't exist yet. If it goes in, it will be located across the road, down in the low area behind #12's tee pad.

16-short: Yes, there is a new short setting on #16, located in the "bottleneck" area of the fairway, between the road and the corner of the reservoir.

It will be capped at 90.  You should pay in advance, you could possibly pay me at Cliff Drive on Friday night or Saturday, or take it to Disc Golf World (TAKE IT THERE, DO not just call! Cash or Checks only, no credit cards......)  If we are not at 90, I will take day of registration, as I indicated, I would prefer not to, but hey thats the way it goes.  Once we hit 90, were done.
