5/28/09 Water Works League
« on: May 29, 2009, 01:11:49 AM »
Thursday weather in Kansas City is sounding like the old broken record. But hey, it sure is a nice tune. Right at 70 with winds at 5 or less. 51 out to enjoy league play at lovely Water Works Park. The course is set for the Wide Open and played tough. Only four were able to come in under par.

Leo DePrato put together a nice round of 49 for the hot score in a tough Open field. Even was enough to split the cash in Masters for Pete Cashen and Ken Hostetler. Tony Dutiel led the way in Ams at 56. Becky Stebbins won handily in the Womens Division.
