The plan for Friday, May 24th is to hold Wyco league at Lake Perry.  Tony Todd reserved the family camping area for the weekend.  It has room for 80 people and is apparently close to #5 tee.  If you don't already have plans, come camp and play league.  Ace beer on hand Friday evening.  (mine for sure and possibly Nick A's).

League Results for Friday 5/17

Travis Daetwiler       61
Beckett Carduff        55
Tracy Walker           62
Rick Molenkemp       64
Cecil Cammron        59

Only 6 out for the best weather of the year so far.  Highlight was Tracy's ACE on hole #8  the teebird looked good as soon as it left his hand.  Next week league will be at LAKE PERRY meet in the parking lot by hole 1.  Be signed up by 5:45 to tee at 6:00 sharp, the course is set long so it will take a while.   Also if anyone wants to stay and camp just till the folks at the guard shack that your with the Todd family, he has the family campground reserved they said it would hold 80 ppl.

For those that haven't been to Perry, here are the directions Ranger KB gave in another thread:

Directions: From the US 24 Hwy in Perry, take Ferguson Road North approx. 7 miles to 86th street.  Turn left (west) on 86th and continue about 1.5 miles, the road will curve to the south and be renamed Hamilton road.  Continue about 1 mile south to the course.  The course will be directly west across the road from the Grainery Saloon. Park along the road.

I am going to make my way there from Bonner Springs via Tonganoxie and Oskaloosa on 40, 16 and 92.  Should be a nice little drive in the country.   :)

It is a nice little drive and worth it!  I certainly plan on being on there.
