Touring Pro needs housing
« on: July 20, 2009, 08:58:46 PM »
Does anyone have room for a disc golfer during worlds? There are a few people out there looking for a couch or floor space during worlds.

Let me know.

I would....but my kids beds are already taken, and if he were on a king size bed well.....you could probably sleep 10 with him there....

ChiChi: just keep lettin' the disc do the work  ;)  I'm gonna keep trying to make the disc do what I want...

Keizer: yep, zoom optics rock!! I think this pic was at the KCWO 2008 after-party.

All this, but has ANYONE answered any requests for housing?

I suppose I could let a couple players stay at my dad's place in Parkville, where I am staying myself at the moment. The house is still being worked on, sits empty most of the year, the basement was flooded recently and makes the house smell like mildew, and it would be no place for those used to a spic-and-span environment with lots of creature comforts. There's no cable TV or internet. There is a practice basket in the backyard, however. Also an extra bed and couch. Rent free, but you've got to replace any beer you take out of the fridge.
