Thornfield Practice Availibility

Thornfield, which is a private course, will be open for practice from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. only, starting tomorrow, July 24 through Monday. It is not open for practice today, Thursday, July 23.

Just swung by earlier and spoke with Kathy, Bill Stueck's assistant - it seems all the big names were out today; Doss, Feldberg, Climo, McCabe, Lacostra, Jenkins (both) and many others.  I met a group from Finland as well!

Feedback was almost 100% positive on the course...a few whiners apparently....

He was talking like he was thinking of changing up 14 to where the other fairway is OB plus putting in a mando there too. Did you happen to see or hear if the hole changed in that direction?

14 was shortened like at the FLHW doubles tourney on May 9th. Not as short, about 305 in length I think, no mando
