I'm pleased to announce the 13th Rosedale Amateur Championships. Through the years, many players have been introduced to competitive disc golf at this event and have gone on to play many more events, and in some cases, have become disc golf community activists as well. So, once again, we'll take a bit of time  before we begin to review the rules and perhaps, provide a tidbit or two of other relevant knowledge that might make you a better golfer. We shooting for a full field of 72 golfers. See you there.

yep, typically one round will have the pins a bit longer, one round will be pretty much all short.

Thanks to LS Discs, you now have a choice of tournaments within a 40-mile radius on October 3. Thus, this post that adds very little new information except to bump it to the top of the thread.

We still have 70 openings. The new slogan for this year's RAC is be at the RAC or we'll put you on one.

Sorry about the post for the Lawrence tourney on the 3rd.  I didn't intend for it to be advertised on your forum as I saw you recently posted about another tourney going on the same date.  When we scheduled and had our event sanctioned with the pdga and kdga nearly 6 months ago, there was no conflict with that date with pdga, kdga, or the kcfdc according to the schedule on your website (still isn't listed on your schedule).  With that said, I had neil remove the post from your forum.  I apologize for the crossed wires and hope you guys have a great event.

I guess I missed it when I looked at the PDGA schedule before choosing the 3rd.

I don't see any need for you to remove your post as it is an option for the players, and one of the purposes of this forum is to keep people informed. Of course, it would be nice for you guys to support the KCFDC, which makes this forum possible, by joining the Club.

I know I just wanted to see if I could get some flack but turns out people don't think it is strange for me to be in an AM only tourny.  Till now.  Thank you for making me feel pro-ish.

I'm not a PDGA member (F them), so how would I determine my rating?
