Jakob Nelson just joined the club and took #300. All tags for 2010 are gone.

We need art for 2011.

Any ideas of how to  make sure that the top tags stay in circulation?

so it looks like the #1 is circulating amongst 6-8 players that rarely play organized club events.

sounds like people need to prowl our local courses on sunday mornings to find the appropriate group of players.  i've heard the offending group gathers then.

While I understand your point, and the fact this is the number #1 tag, I would argue that by far the majority of tags end up in groups like ours. There are now 300 tags in circulation and I would guess no more than 100 unique people play leagues or local tournaments and also have a tag. Just a guess.

* - I'm on IR and not even participating at this point.
** - Steve has the tag, not me, take it up with him
*** - He plays more than just Sunday morning

If you do not show up for a league event within a reasonable time to defend the #1-#5 tags then you must give it up to someone who will or in fact face possible banishment from the tags the following year.

dave, no offense...i enjoy getting in a round with the members of the aforementioned group.  the #1 does end up in groups like this.

besides, it sounds like he's putting it into play frequently against other tag holders.  i was just yanking your chain a little bit.
