3 or 4 courses would be my pick. I like Greenwood's picks too. Swope, Cliff, WW, and Wyco, although I wouldn't mind a SMP-Wyco day, and a Cliff-WW or WW-Swope day.
How kewl it is to have so many options

I like option #1 but if option #3 happens I like to see Blue valley in the mix if no other reason to get my dedbut to go play it. We could schedule an earlier start for Blue Valley?

with 4 rounds in a weekend, playing Blue Valley makes no sense.  You will kill your arm.  It is a one day course (Except the City of Fountains) I think that it would reall dillute the good showings by people to play BV in the mix of 4......I think that we have enough other courses that will test people's game without throwing over 2 miles on one course then having to throw another mile on another course.  3 miles of throwing in a day and then having to play again is silly.

But that is me.

I tend to like to play 4 courses as I like to see other courses when I travel.  I plan accordingly to ensure that I know where to go, and practice....well, that must be for winners....this is a B-Tier this year right?  Play 4

I'll echo what Jack said about BV.  It's just not that practical to play a round there and then somewhere else in the afternoon.  Rounds there are epic.  They take more than an hour to wind down from, IMO.

Only way I see BV getting used for this event is if you go with the 3 course option and have the ams play with tee times on Saturday and the pros on Sunday.  I don't like that format though, I'd rather play 4 fun courses.

Yeah I should of put that way about Blue Valley if it was in the schedule it would be the only course you play that day so four course tourney yes exclude BV but for out of towners with transportation issues maybe Rosey both courses.

I'd prefer option 1, with the four courses being WYCO, WW, Cliff, and Rosedale. Another option would be to include BV, but move most of the holes short so it wouldn't be so much of a beast.  It would still probably be longer then any other course that weekend, but there wouldn't be multiple 800+ foot holes.

If you use BV just put it in it's short position.  It would play fine in a 2 round a day setting.  You just can't beef it up to the 67 setting.

Shorts in BV is still over 9000'......it should not be done as a 4 round event.

I am not running it, but I think that I know what I am doing with events....

 then we'll just wait to see who can walk the next day.
