Who's watchin'?

This is gonna be one of the few ways that we as disc golfers can prove to potential sponsors and TV people that we are a large enough demographic to warrant their attention. If you haven't signed up... DO IT!!! Plus, there's a bunch of sweet prizes you might be able to win. So, even if you can't watch, just think of it as buying a raffle ticket and help get those numbers up.

Did anyone else have problems with the sequencing. I was getting video about 2 minutes after the audio. I was finishing up a magazine yesterday and had some big files open, which caused my already over-burdened computer to be slow in other areas.

Cooper, how many viewers, do you think, are needed to get potential sponsors and TV broadcasters interested?

I hope to see more of the broadcast today, hopefully with video and audio in synch.

My thoughts exactly. Disc golf is too boring to watch. It is better when played.

Actually, I would pay a few dollars for a ticket to get into the venue to watch it live. Would have done the same at Worlds. But to pay to watch it on what is apparently a crappy web stream? I don't think so, and I can't believe that any up-and-coming sport that is trying to gain popularity would charge to watch their events on the web or on TV for that matter.

That said, go Joe and Pete!

10 bucks to watch some decent vid live is too much?  I agree Disc Golf on TV is boring to watch for the public but this idea of broadcasting on the net is great.  And with enough support the quality will only get better.  2 of the 6 cameras are actually quite nice.  The others are more Low Tech but again.  Money makes things prettier. 

No Rick I haven't had any problems with audio other than a few times in commercials and also a reverberation will nikko was being interviewed yesterday.

Crazy is a "pro" at announcing, one of the many talents that man has.  There is a reason that he has MC'd some of the biggest events that Kansas City has ever seen.  We are blessed that he has the "disc golf bug" we can only hope that he helps make a difference in our sport in every way that he can.

Stiles finishes 11th as a MPG after a miserable 74 on vista xl course, Pete hucks a 64 again on the big course for finish 31st in the masters division.
