League Notice!

Friday Summer League WILL NOT be happening this Friday.  Nor will it happen on the 26th.  THOUGH we WILL be playing on the 26th in a doubles format that will be the final chapter of the Friday Night Lights Series.  I hope the weather is good and everyone shows up for it.   The more people we have the better.   I would suggest bringing a few lights as we will not start until 6pm and we WILL see a few holes in the dark.  Hope everyone can make it!

Also Nick Winklebaur is going to be taking over running league for the most part.  I will be helping out when I can but he will be the man.  I am doing Wednesday league at rosy.  From what Nick told me over the weekend, the 1st actually Summer league (most likely the first Friday in April)  he will have a KEG of beer to share with all league players. I will bet that he will be starting early or at least do a rolling start from 4:30 - 5pm.  More info to come

Thank you dick, but it's Winkelbauer, no hard feelings.  The keg will be there this friday (26th) by 4p.m. maybe 3p.m. for those who like to practice and it's andy's b-day and I can't wait ant longer to kick off the season right! It took me to many years to make a post but it's about time.  The keg is not only for the opening of another great season but to celebrate my marriage, to Lindsey formerly know as Keith now Winkelbauer!  I would have love to invite all our disc golf friends but we simply didn't have enough room, so to all who know me or lindsey, party on and to those who don't get to us if you want by coming to one of the best, most relaxed environments thats not private property in K.C.  Thanks to all who make our disc golf community the best in the mid-west! ;D

Move an L here and an E there and throw in an E and POW!  Whats the difference.  Sweet!  This friday is going to be PERFECT for weather and golf.  Now that this is a celebration we better have some people show up!

That is an EVENT.  Not a tournament.  I'm all good with that.  And I'm probably not done running anything I just like to say that.  Feels good on the soul.
