Well, I knew it wasn't from CHiPs.   Oddly enough, I've watched every episode and every season of CHiPs.  They started re-running for two hours in a row while I was an undergraduate very early in the morning;  I watched them with my coffee daily.   The episodes with Jon's replacement sucked. 

I enjoy the detail in this clip.  The high-speed killing blow is delivered with a real wobbly looking toss (looks like one of my sh1tty putts).
