I don't think any club people have a key to the baskets.  You can always try to e-mail the parks department.  I don't have any of their contact info anymore though.

I sent a re-request to have the following pins moved today (originally requested these on 2/13 before all the snow & rain...been injured so I hadn't followed up).

#1 Long
#2 Short
#6 Short
#8 Long
#13 Right
#15 Long
#17 Long
