Are we playing "up top" twice, or "up top" followed by "downunder"?  I've heard rumors of both and have had difficulty finding the information on the flyer.

Yeah, we are doing Up Top and Down Under. You can register at www.lsdiscs.net or by calling me at 785-220-1226. I've updated the registered list on pdga and have had a bunch of people signing up so we should have a great turnout.

Rosedale is set up as it will be for the event.

Up Top:

1.  Right (near the DU stairs)

5.  Middle straight

8.  Long straight (not on island)
9.  Left over the mound
10.  Tight Right
11.  Long Right
12.  Long straight
13.  Long over hill
14.  Cat grave
15.  Past tree, not in cove
16.  Straight
17.  Long
18.  Middle

Down under was set up I think, but Nick and I didn't walk the whole course, so I'm not sure of everything.

On a calm day, I bet SSA would be 50.25.  It's a shorter course than the Wide Open.

Reasons people don't like Rosedale Down Under

1.  Can't throw a midrange
2.  Can't throw a controlled shot
3.  Can't work a disc
4.  Can't mentally overcome some bad luck off a good throw to recover

I'm sure there are others, but that should get us started.

1. Don't like luck playing part on over half the playable holes.
2. Don't like climbing up and down muddy hills after all the rain.
3. Don't like hiking through poison ivy.
4. Don't like hunting for other players plastic all day.
5. Don't like playing courses that are geared towards players who can't reach 300'.
