Rosedale Work Day
« on: June 09, 2010, 03:20:51 PM »
I will be working on the course Saturday morning and could use some help from people with trucks.  We have mulch that needs to be spread.  We also need  trimmers and weed mowers.  I will on the course before 9am and will work for a few hours.  Come on out and get some good karma for the Wide Open.  If you have questions let me know.

We could use trimmers and weed mowers. Lunch will be provided. How about a Z-man.

Will be there with the following-

1. Quad & trailer combo (if it rains any tonight...the quad may be the only vehicle that will work and not tear up the park.)
2. Tarp
3. Long tine garden rake (awesome for moving mulch around)
4. Shovel(s)
5. Jack
6. SoCo
7. A few buckets
8. Z-Man appetite...just saying!

Clay and I will be heading to Rosie in a little bit. I wonder if I can use the tantalizing allure of a Z-Man to get him to clean his bedroom... ::) ;D

Two truck loads of mulch then deluge. I left my 3 prong cultivater with someone out there. My last name is written on it.

I believe it is supposed to rain again late tonight, not sure how long it's lasting into tomorrow. If there's anything going on someone give me a call and let me know!

The tantalizing allure of a Z-Man...

Between this and the fact it needs to be done, I might make a shot at it in the morning.

I'll try to see what early time gives me the best shot of getting more mulch in.

The "pull the mulch in" and the "pull the tarp out" method works well....and fast.

We played the entrie course after the deluge...we need alot more on all the holes...even the ones that are done.

James and I discussed mulching all the trees...we did one up by the pavillion and it looks sweet.

3-4 vehicles and 9-12 guys and I think we could knock this out in a couple of hours.

We need people at Rosey today to wrap up the mulching of boxes...as many as possible.

Can anyone make it?
