Double $$$ league night

I am running this poll for 60 days, and then you will see the votes.  The basic premise is this.  If we had a league where entry was double one night a week would you come?  Sean and I have been talking about leagues and our "mini" format, and I am unsure if people would pony up twice as much on one night a week in order to have big payout, or if we would be better served to do something similar to what Chris has been running the last couple of years here.

So would you pay twice as much once a week on any given night known far in advance to have a chance to win twice as much.  I am thinking initially its only a pro/cash thing, but would Am's wanna play for twice as much as well?

Do away with KC Kash and give out real money in all leagues.
No problems with expiration or reprints.

Ams get 100% payout though vs. Pro getting about 75%, why prevent the ams from getting all their money Glover?  You don't like am's?

If they did this then DGW would go outta business... If you run the ADVANCED LEAGUE #'s you will understand where I am coming from its SIMPLE MATH really...

Tired of getting ripped off with KC CASH just play OPEN at leagues & then your just DONATING to another PLAYERS WINNINGS not SOMEONES BANKROLL... TRUST ME I DO when i play leagues anymore

I have problems with fees being double ($10), but since doubles often means 1 division (at least it has in the past few years during summer leagues), I think you'd need to pay out 50%.

how about half price night for seniors, or just make league $3.00 and encourage skins or side bets on each card, let's get lots of players of all skill levels out to leagues!

I meant the player can spend those winnings on food, clothes, rent, whatever,,,

AM's get 100% payout at RETAIL PRICES...or maybe $1 off plastic if you're a member.....why can't the CLUB...not DGW buy plastic and sell it to the player at COST if they use KC Kash?  Especially if we (the club) are looking to become a "NOT FOR PROFIT ORGINIZATION".....

I understand shipping charges and such would have to be paid for in the cost of plastic....but why not gives the members the benefit of plastic at cost?

Then when/if we start getting real sponsors, the sponsors themselves can pay to have their company logo on the "At Cost Plastic"....bringing useable money back into the club for the courses and events.

To go even further...the CLUB could also make this "Sponsor Stamped At Cost Plastic" available to ams using vouchers at events and undercut all the vendors on prices in turn getting sponsors more advertisment and still giving cheaper plastic prices to ams.

Just out of curiosity, what is the reason ams get paid out in KC cash? Club events aren't like the PDGA, where you have to retain your am status by rejecting cash, right? All I know is that it's the way it's always been.

Fortunately, it doesn't affect me, as I choose to donate in open and get some lessons. I was just curious.
