Silly question? On grip I never thought til now do you grip on the RIM  or top to bottom ?

You grip top to bottom to hold the angle (or orientation of the disc), but snap is derived from gripping into the rim.

Very informative.  Hopefully I can cary some of that over to the course.  I've been trying to figure out how everyone who makes those 400' shots make it seem so effortless, when I'm barley making it 100' sometimes.
