I think the course's ACE funds should be in play for the CC.  8)

NO added OB at Wyco would be nice too.  ::)

Keizer, I must say "Man up" and just play the course! If you don't like the scenery quit lookin' down  ::)  (Somebody had to say it.)

"Eastern" Independence, is closer to KS than Sugar Creek, which is in MY backyard!

What time shall I pick you up on Saturday?

And now, for something COMPLETELY different  ???  ::)  :D

Thanks, CD, thanks, but its Sunday at the most for me. I'm not going to piss away an entire Saturday playing 2 courses that I normally avoid. Rosedale would have been better than PC, anyway...

Wait... so contrary to what you said earlier it isn't really the distance that is stopping you from going to play PC or WYCO. Interesting...

I normally avoid those courses because of the driving distance, Lunchbox. They are the two farthest of the "local" courses from where I live. That, and the times I have played them I was not as captivated by them compared to other courses as far as the coolness factor goes. So with all factors taken into consideration, they are my least favorite KC area courses. Unless you have a personal stake in these courses, I'm not sure why any of this is "interesting" to you...

Whatever, whiner it is. Doesn't change the fact that the first half of your club championship sucks. ;D

i'm with you keizer.

nothing wrong with those courses, but definitely not my first choices.  or second or third choices for that matter.

of course i'm busy that weekend and can't play, so i just threw my $.02 in to poke the bear, so to speak.

Nothing wrong with poking the bear, my glass-making-material-gathering friend! It's a discussion forum, right? If I had come on here and said "Oh, giddy! I can't wait to play these courses!", there would have been no discussion taking place afterward, just a circle jerk, because all  that would have done is echo the basic sentiments of anyone else who was going to bother posting here.

So, I offer an unfavorable and unpopular opinion of the first two courses being used, the Star Wars Kid (all grown up and living in Johnson County, KS, apparently) sees my comments, then comes on here and responds with a comment about my manhood, and voila'! Discussion!
