Rosedale Park Break-in

Well after 14 years of disc golf at Rosedale Park, someone fiinally decided to put a rock through my window.   Luckily for my these idiots didn't take time to look around and find anything to steal.   Unfortunately for me I now have a missing window to take care of. 

This will cost me time and money.   So I ask that if anyone of you know someone who can fix my window for cheap please let me know.

This is a general FYI to everyone who plays Rosedale during daylight or night time hours. By the way, this is from the horse's mouth:
Last week, Steve and Peter Engelman along with Steve Drew were playing a glow round up top. When they got to hole 16, one player teed off, another teed off and blam! shotgun blast. A disc was literally shot out of the air by a resident. According to them, it was one of the people at the white house with the no trespassing sign, and a small shack built in back. Many times you can hear music or see a fire burning in the back yard. Needless to say, after that, they got the heck out of there.
This is incredibly disturbing, and while they haven't posted about it, I wanted to give fair warning. If you play glow at Rose (the park is open till 10 P.M.) and there is something fishy going on, call the police.

Discharging a firearm within city limits is a pretty serious offense. And to do it from your own home would be just stupid. Pretty good shot at night though.

I really think that Kansas City has very few "ghetto's", I think that the perception in the majority of the Midwest is skewed because so many of our towns are relatively nice.

There are a few undeisrable locations to live in, but a true Ghetto in KC is very limited to some of the more urban KCMO area, namely the Murder Factory of 64130, outside of that, you would be hard pressed to make a case that any of the area is a true "ghetto".

Just because every house is not a Norman Rockwell painting does not make it the Ghetto.  The Rosedale Home Owners Association works hard at keeping the area looking good, as do most of our community partners that help out with our disc golf development.

Agreed Jack! If you haven't played disc golf in other parts of the country or other countries, you have no idea how amazing it is here. 18 holes up top, 18 down, multiple pin settings, multiple tees, concrete pads, tee signs, Rosedale Home Owners, the Rosedale community at large, and dedicated players all make it anything but.
Look up ghetto, either the real meaning or our urban slang, and neither fits.
