Who owns the disc golf parks IE the baskets and such..
Beacuse water works has the concrete pads at the bottom of 13 just sitting their maybe
move to cliff dirve i know they weight alot but one at a time get 10 people to lift.. you know just a thought... :D later...

The KCMO P&R owns the baskets.  The concrete that you are referring to is actually old picnic table tops.  I have expressed an interest in using them for some other ideas, not tee-pads, but thanks for the thought.
