I will for sure be at this event, but one question tho....I am too young to be Masters, way too old for juniors and no where close to being a pro.....so I guess I should sign up for Rec? I usually consider myself and intermediate player but I haven't really seen a tourney setup like this. I also have limited experience with tourneys so don't scold me too bad :)

you won't get scolded until you win your division by a landslide.

Advanced != am ?

I would hope that because it's a charity tournament, and the prices are the same, that most of the better advanced players in the city would step up and play Pro.  In fact, an event where prices are the same for each division is a great chance to test your skills at a higher division.  It's not like you're really losing a chance to win something.  Who knows, you may be surprised...

if you don't know about this group, do a little research. they step up for a lot of people who can't always do it for themselves.
follow their example and play a mere disc golf tournament one of two divisions above your comfort level. you might be surprised how well you do.

Alright guys and gals this charity event is coming up very soon. The players packs and lunch are worth the entry fee. There will be divisions that will suit everyone and there are baskets that will be up for grabs. Here is the BACA website if you would like more info on the charity. http://bacaworld.org/

There are only a few signed up I would like to see more local players signed up for this event more for the cause than the payout or prizes.

Thanks

Eric

Get signed up!   Here is the flyer on our website. I did add it to the slider on the home page, but I haven't seen it pop up yet.  I'll try to get that straightened out today!
