Really?  I assumed that only the Pro players had to take the officials test to play since the Am event will be an A-tier.

If you look at the Brent Hambrick Pro registration list, there is a column for passed test:

But not for the corresponding am event:

It's still good for everyone to be an official and to know the rules, but I'm not sure it's required for Ams.

That is what the Signup says.   Everyone who plays in this event must be current and have passed the exam.

Yep, it was the same way at The Memorial.  Am's didn't have to take it.  It was an A-tier, like Tracy said.  Sorry if my posting of passing the thing confused folks.  I just took the test to take it.
