When is the latest a person can sign up?

After June 4th, there will be a late fee.  However, I think Jack said you could sign up as late as the 6th (or maybe even the 7th).  Just to be sure, I would give him a call.

Based on some responses from people in here I have extended the online registration to go through Monday. After Monday you will need to call me to discuss possibly getting into the event.

We will not be taking day of registration, but in certain cases rules can be broken if you notify me that you are planning on attending in advance so your name is on a sheet.....get the hint?

Are the shirts in the Am players packs tee shirts or dri fit shirts?  I was going to pick my shirt size, but it depends on what type of shirt it is.

same type as DGD.  They run big.

Players pack will be a shirt that was like the DGD shirt, eco friendly dri-fit Front and Back screened (all players Pro & Am), from us, (Am's only) then from Dynamic Discs you will receive a voucher to get a shirt from them of your own choice.  Gateway Putter, INnova Driver, DGA Hurricane, Etched glass from LSDiscs, and a koozie from Dynamic Discs.  Still looking for other sponsor items, and will get them as we go. 

Tower Tavern is honoring all disc golfers all week by allowing the disc golfers to have Happy Hour all weekend long, you just need to say you are a disc golfer.  We can't print what those specials are, but they normally only offer it from 3-7 on Fridays.  We get it all weekend!

BtW sponsors for the Tee Signs need to be to me TODAY by 3:00 in order to have a tee sign made, otherwise its gonna be too late..... 

We will work on getting enough exposure for the company with the signs as well, but this is something that we can't push with the printers any longer.

online that is correct, but you will get a fund-raiser disc for your $20 late fee.....before you go ballistic on the $20 late fee..........signing up for an event that has been around for 29 yrs less than a week out puts TREMENDOUS strain on the people running the event.  So, if you don't want to pay almost 50% more to play in the event....sign up early, how hard is that?

Its less % on the pro side of the event, but.......its still $20.

I already extended registration longer than I wanted to, but I also don't want to turn people away, but I also don't want to be up until 1:00 am THursday night and Friday night putting the boards together........adding late arrivals.......its an A-Tier, its an NT event, act prepared for it please is all that I ask.  You expect that from me, is it too much for me to ask that you give me the knowledge that you will be attending a few days in advance?

I don't think anyone was intending to put additional strain on the tournament staff but I know from experience that sometimes you have to wait to sign up for something until you know your plans are more definite and/or you get your financial situation in order. I think it is fair to ask that it be well publicized that there is a late addition fee just like I think it is fair to have the additional fee. But, people need to be able to know how to plan.
