I did.  I have the name and where it says he's out of.  But not sure how to contact him from there.  Any suggestions?

Nope, Taylor Sears.  Called and texted him.  No response yet.

PDGA website said Tulsa which is how i got his number.  He didn't have his area code on the disc and when we called it the first time we used 816 and 913 area codes and clearly wasn't the right number.   When I used 918 with the number his voice mail said it was Taylor so I'm pretty sure it's the right number.  He might have lost it during one of those tournaments and somebody found it and then they lost it.  Who knows.
