04/21/11 Water Works Mini - Dual Aces!

21 came out for a cool round of golf at Water Works. Other than a few very brief, very light sprinkles and a little mist, we stayed dry. Temp in the mid 50's with 5ish breezes.

Plenty of hooting and hollering on the course as both Leo Daprato and Jamie Barry aced during the round. Leo hit hole 11 short with a Star Destroyer. Jamie was playing his own personal "One Disc Wango" carrying only a Star Boss through the course. James aced hole 1 short left. Nice shots fellas! The ace pool was at $646 so by my calculations each will get $242 before dues.

Leo D also won the Open with a score of 50. Billy Nelson shot 50 as well to take Masters. Thomas Davis led the Ams with a 56.

dunno about jamie's ace. from what he said prior to the round it is definitely an altered, possibly an illegal disc. does that still count?

I'm not in the habit of checking discs for legality at leagues and wouldn't care if he threw a ninja star or vinyl record. I often play disc golf with a ninja star myself...

that star boss has a long criminal history, although the disc itself is not altered, it has been involved in serious shenanigans including chain rape, trespassing, speeding, contributing to delinquency, control of posessed substance, destruction of courses, and now murdering a basket!

Another quip earns its place in KCFDC history. It was the most descriptive phrase I could come up with. Do you really need a bigger piece than that between two people? :D
