I just got his information....I will contact him if my first phone call falls through.

Need food!!  I don't have many contacts in the food scene and would like to provide free lunch to everyone....David said he could cook if his schedule allows but I still need the substance for that cook.

If we were to do like we did for the KanUWyco and get the food from Costco it only costs
around $2.00 - $2.25 per person for;
- two burgers
- bag of chips
- bottle of water
- ketchup, mustard etc.

My offer to cook assumes someone can get the grill to Swope and return it to the storage place?
This reuires a truck or trailer which I have neither....

I could help out with getting the food. May be able to get better deals directly from the food service provider (sysco) that supplies my work, but depends on what you want. Costco has some pretty reasonable options too.

Ya, I can go the Costco and Sams route...just need sponsors to feed probably 72-90 people.  I can get my hands on about 20 pounds of ground venison, would just need people to help pattie out some burgers.  That would make 80 - 1/4 pound burgers.

i may have lived there but i bleed maize and blue,and have never thought about eating bambi,just a city kid

I can guarantee that any venison meat that I provide, was harvested, processed, and packaged by me and is way better than anything with a USDA stamp on it.

Another thought....if I'm providing free lunch out of my pocket, you will eat it or fend for yourself!  Maybe if you don't like venison, a "BYOM" option should be in play.
