Sure had myself some fun at Swope today with great weather, food, beer,  friends, and disc golf competition!  Andy and Eric, count me in on any tournaments you guys choose to run in the future.  Thanks to everyone who pitched in to make it an excellent day in KC.

That -7 should be on Rizzloe's Score, not mine.  I had 2 points the first round, and 0 the second.

There were several second round scores without last names....that made things very difficult to score keep....I'm sure there will be a few mistakes.....I'm pretty sure not all the score cards were turned in either.

People left early....and showed no interest in winning tons of prizes after the rounds....which we gave away a TON of disc stuff.  In my opinion, this was one fo the fastest run tourneys in the history of 54 hole tourneys......first round last card tee'd at 10 and final second round card was in the club house at 3:00....that is just amazing!!

Cooper....we had a "Muncher" call the second round were you could call a blind shot and double point or get -2 if you missed.

I want to thank everyone that made the event possible....Dynmaic Discs, Tallgrass Brewery, Peter Engelman, Disc Golf World, KCFDC, Fore Twenty Disc Golf, Crazy John, David Emerson, Sean Elliot, Nick Wink, DeanO, Eric and all the other people I may have missed.

From the word on the street everyone had a great time and had a chance to win plenty of swag if they stuck around.

I can not stress pre-registration and last names on score cards enough for tourneys this large....I cooked for 100 people and we made it stretch to 140 and I felt bad for not cooking more....but I had no idea this thing would get this big....and by the time it did, it was too late to make more food.

Anyway...sorry if we have a couple scores wrong...I hope all had a great time!

I got fairly carried away with the metal muncher in the second round haha.

I figured once I got down to like -2 I might as well just keep calling it.

big thanks to everyone involved saturday! cheers to whoever thought of multiple baskets and tallgrass beer. wish I would have hit more metal than tallboys in the morning. not complaining mind you, going to manhappiness in 3 weeks and looking forward to sampling more.
the coolest thing of all is 146 people were exposed to some of the finest flying plastic on earth. thank you Discraft and Dynamic Discs for spreading the love!

I wanna say GREAT JOB Andy and Eric, Deano, Sean, Jeremy and DD, Rick and DGW, Matt and 420, Dave E, and anybody else that helped. Also, thanks to Caleb Walker for bringing a basket, cause it caught my second of three ACES.  8)

This was my second ACE race. I hit three ACES and two metals. In my first ACE race a few years ago, I only hit metal once, and wasn't too excited to play this one, but am I glad I did!  ;D

We really do have it good as Disc Golfers here in KC.   :)
