Final Stop on The Bluebird series at Waterworks -Sat Aug-27th
« on: August 23, 2011, 02:51:58 PM »
I talked  Kyle Crews (LSPR) who is the Regional Coordinator for the Bluebird series. Here's more detail on the event...

Signups are 8 to 10 am.
Players meeting at 10 am with the first round to immediately follow.
Rec and Juniors play 1 round only
Second round will start 1 hour after last card finishes first round (approximately 1pm).
Do not need to be a Missouri resident to play.
It is a requirement to participate in Bluebird series to play event.
    Course OB and Drop Zones:
  • On or over the road/pavement on 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 - play 1-meter in bounds from the last place in bounds OR   retee - players choice, with one penalty throw
  • Lost disc, play from your last known lie, with one penalty throw
  • 2-meter rule not in effect - if the disc is in a tree, play from the spot directly below the disc with NO penalty.

Current standings can be found at: http://www.desperesmo.org/DocumentView.aspx?DID=2377
The Men's Masters division has yet to be decided. It is tight, with 10 players vying for the top eight going on to legacy on Sept 17th.

That's funny, it says I have points from Blue Springs, but I believe CD was the only MPO player that day!
