Baltic Sea Tour # 6, am i high or is Seppo Nieminan the lowest pdga number<1710> ever to play intermediate? or both.

You're high.

Seppo is a Finnish Frisbee legend, and that's not a joke. He basically got disc golf started in Finland back in the 70s. Don't mess with Seppo. As far as I'm concerned , he can play in any division he wants to.
