Playing aplenty


Obvious references aside, what's the preferred method of healing your shoulder after playing/throwing a lot?  Usually I just eat a decent amount of protein and let my shoulder rebuild itself weekend to weekend, but lately it has been a little more raw than before.

Buy some Biofreeze.  That stuff saved my shoulder and was still able to continue.  It's a lot like Icy-Hot.   Totally recommend it!
